On 26 December 2008, CPI Ningxia Qingtongxia Energy and Aluminum Company Limited was established in Yinchuan City. With a registered capital of 5 billion RMB, CPI Ningxia Company and Qingtongxia Aluminum Company of Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region were strategically merged, the former holding 70% while the latter 30%. The newly established company will excel each other’s advantages in business, human resources and technologies to foster an industrial complex with chain development of coal, power, chemistry and aluminum.
