On 22 August 2008, CPI signed Framework Agreement on Strategic Cooperation in Joint Development of Power Projects with Shenzhen Nanshan Co-generation Company Limited. Both parties have enjoyed good cooperation at Xinchang Power Project in Jiangxi Province. After signing this framework agreement, both parties will complement each other and achieve win-win cooperation in such fields as nuclear power, gas-fired power, conventional power and power project contracting.
