On 26 August 2008, foundation was laid for 49.5MW Tuoshan Wind Farm Phase I of CPI in Dalian City, Liaoning Province, which is the CPI’s second wind farm in the province after Beitazi Wind Farm. With a total investment of 530 million RMB, 33 units with 1500kW each will be installed to generate electricity on 1 December 2009.
