On 30 April 2008, Haiyang Nuclear Power Company Limited signed contracts for entrusted management and procurement of the conventional island, BOP and transmission of Haiyang Phase I with CPI Power Engineering Company Limited and China Power Complete Equipment Company Limited respectively.

The signing of the contracts demonstrated CPI’s efforts in implementing its nuclear power strategy by pouring internal resources and giving full play to all relevant subordinate companies through complementing each other.
